Dementia Awareness

The café is a monthly gathering where people with dementia and their families and friends can come together in a safe, welcoming environment, in the company of other carers and health and social care professionals. It aims to provide emotional support, information and the opportunity for discussion for people living with the impact of dementia.

On the HOME page have a read of our CQC Report. The areas in which need improving:

Caring: As of 1st February 2017 we have had a permanent GP start with us, Dr Sanjey Rai. We have also tried our best to encouraged all our female patients over 25 to have their smear done. We have emphasised the importance of having this done by sending out text messages and phoning patients that are outstanding. If you would like this done please contact the surgery on 0121 465 2900 to book your appointment.  

Families, Children and Young People: We have tried to advertise our PPG group (Patient Participation Group) as much as possible. It is on our Facebook page and advertised throughout the building, if you are interested in joining please contact us via email tudorpractice.reception@nhs.net OR come into the surgery and pick up a PPG pack.

 


As of Monday 3rd April the pharmacies will no longer be able to order patients prescriptions. You will have to order them yourself. If you have any further queries regarding this, please contact the surgery on 0121 465 2900.
