When We Are Closed

If you require medical assistance urgently which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call 111 the NHS 111 service directly. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

The  is a self booking website which is www.badgeruts.uk

If the patient logs on to this they can book themselves into either Erdington Stockland Green PCC.

There is no ‘Walk in’ any more.  Patients either have to call 111 or self book on the above website.

Alternatively you can access urgent assistance by calling NHS 111 on 111. A triage nurse will assess your situation and take appropriate action. This could simply be by offering advice or where necessary by making arrangements for you to be seen by a doctor.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
